At LUXE VISION, we are committed to delivering premium home theater systems — including projectors, motorized screens, and laser TV cabinets — with safe, reliable, and efficient service to customers across the United States, Canada, and worldwide.

Projectors & Motorized Screens (Up to 120″)

For most major cities and metropolitan areas, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for Canadian orders), and local courier operations. For more accurate delivery estimates, please contact our sales team with your shipping address.

Motorized Screens Over 120″

Screens larger than 120″ are not stocked locally and are shipped via sea freight from our global warehouse network.

Estimated delivery time: approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation.
This timeframe is an estimate only and does not include public holidays, customs clearance processing, or any other delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs inspections, extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, or force-majeure events such as conflicts or government actions.

If your purchase is time-sensitive (for example, related to a renovation schedule, planned installation date, or upcoming travel), we strongly recommend contacting our sales team prior to placing your order to confirm current availability and expected lead times. Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Motorized Laser TV Cabinets / Furniture / Custom Installations

All cabinets are custom-built to order and shipped via sea freight.

Projection Screen Warranty

2-Year Warranty for all motorised projection screens and fixed-frame screens.
(This warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by misuse, human error, improper installation, or accidents.)
5-Year Warranty on Motors for motorised projection screens.
(A replacement motor will be provided within the warranty period if required.)

Projector Warranty

Projectors are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the region.

In general:

Ultra Short Throw (UST) projectors typically include a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Compact and lifestyle projectors generally include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

Upgrading to the AWOL Vision LTV-3000 Pro was the best decision for my home cinema. The sheer brightness from its triple laser engine is staggering, completely overpowering ambient light to deliver a pristine, colorful image at any time of day. The 4K detail is exquisite, and the contrast ratio makes HDR content truly pop. As an ultra-short throw, it fits perfectly on my media console without any cumbersome wiring. It's the closest thing to a commercial cinema experience I've had at home. A premium product that absolutely justifies its premium price.

After weeks of deliberation, we chose the AWOL Vision LTV-3000 Pro over some bigger brands, and it has exceeded every expectation. The triple laser engine produces a picture that is in a different league. The colors are so rich and vibrant, and the contrast is stunning, with deep blacks that make you forget you're not in a dedicated theater.

The inclusion of a high-quality motorized ALR screen is what sealed the deal for us. It's a true all-in-one solution that unfolds into a massive, perfect 120-inch screen. Setup was literally just plugging it in.
