Projectors & Motorized Screens (Up to 120″)

For most major cities and metropolitan areas, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for Canadian orders), and local courier operations. For more accurate delivery estimates, please contact our sales team with your shipping address.


Motorized Screens Over 120″

Larger screens (above 120″) are not stocked locally and are shipped via sea freight from our international distribution facilities.

Estimated delivery time: approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation.
This timeframe is an estimate only and does not include public holidays, customs clearance processing, or any other delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs inspections, extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, or force-majeure events such as conflicts or government actions.

If your purchase is time-sensitive (for example, related to a renovation schedule, planned installation date, or upcoming travel), we strongly recommend contacting our sales team prior to placing your order to confirm current availability and expected lead times. Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Motorized Laser TV Cabinets / Furniture / Custom Installations

All laser TV cabinets and related furniture items are custom-built to order and shipped via sea freight.

Estimated delivery time: approximately 8-10 weeks from order confirmation.

*Note: Shipping and delivery services do not include the removal of packaging materials such as crates, pallets, or cardboard boxes, etc. For large items, including projector screens and cabinets, delivery is limited to kerbside, driveway, or ground-level entrance only.
