At LUXE VISION, we are committed to delivering premium home theater systems — including projectors, motorized screens, and laser TV cabinets — with safe, reliable, and efficient service to customers across the United States, Canada, and worldwide.

Projectors & Motorized Screens (Up to 120″)

For most major cities and metropolitan areas, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for Canadian orders), and local courier operations. For more accurate delivery estimates, please contact our sales team with your shipping address.

Motorized Screens Over 120″

Screens larger than 120″ are not stocked locally and are shipped via sea freight from our global warehouse network.

Estimated delivery time: approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation.
This timeframe is an estimate only and does not include public holidays, customs clearance processing, or any other delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs inspections, extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, or force-majeure events such as conflicts or government actions.

All cabinets are custom-built to order and shipped via sea freight.

Projection Screen Warranty

2-Year Warranty for all motorised projection screens and fixed-frame screens.
(This warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by misuse, human error, improper installation, or accidents.)
5-Year Warranty on Motors for motorised projection screens.
(A replacement motor will be provided within the warranty period if required.)

Projector Warranty

Projectors are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the region.

In general:

Ultra Short Throw (UST) projectors typically include a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Compact and lifestyle projectors generally include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

With a simple tap on the remote, the screen smoothly glides to exactly the right height and angle, eliminating the need for awkward tilting and tedious keystone correction. The gimbal on the JMGO N1S isn't a gimmick; it's a complete game-changer. We use this projector everywhere: from the living room ceiling while lying on the couch, to the backyard wall for movie nights, even angled onto a sloped surface during a camping trip. The 4K laser picture is incredibly bright and the colors are rich. But the real magic is the automatic keystone correction. You just move the gimbal, and in seconds, the image snaps into a perfect, sharp rectangle. It removes all the frustration of traditional projector setup. It’s the most versatile and fun piece of tech I’ve bought in years, making high-quality viewing truly effortless.
